We’re the Francisco Mortgage Team: Paul Francisco (NMLS 1878399), a loan officer with Go Rascal Inc. (NMLS #2072896). We know a mortgage means trusting us with some of the most personal information you have. This page explains, in plain language, what this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Your loan is made through Go Rascal Inc., so for details about how your loan information is handled, please also see Go Rascal’s Privacy Policy and the GLBA privacy notice you receive with your loan.

Your financial privacy under federal law

Mortgage lenders are covered by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Regulation P. Under those rules, when you become a customer you’ll receive a privacy notice that explains what personal financial information is collected, who it can be shared with, and which kinds of sharing you can limit. You can read the CFPB’s overview of these rules at consumerfinance.gov. You’ll receive Go Rascal Inc.’s consumer privacy notice with your loan disclosures. It explains that Go Rascal shares your information only for everyday business purposes, does not share it for marketing or joint marketing, has no affiliates, and does not share it with nonaffiliates to market to you.

What this website collects

  • Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, you share details like your name, email, phone number and your message. We only collect this when you choose to send it, and you can browse the site without giving us anything.
  • Booking a call. Our “Book a call” links go to Calendly, which collects the details you enter to schedule time with Paul. Calendly’s handling is covered by Calendly’s privacy notice.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting may record basic information such as your browser type, device, and connection details.
  • Links and embedded content. We link to outside sites (such as government resources, Facebook and Calendly). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their practices.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools

Some pages of our site use a few outside tools:

  • Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular.
  • The Meta (Facebook) Pixel helps us measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. It’s subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.

These tools may set cookies and collect information like the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We don’t use them to collect loan documents or sensitive financial information, and using them is not a sale of your loan information.

Your choices:

How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and set up your consultation.
  • To help you through the mortgage process if you choose to work with us.
  • To send you information you’ve asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • To keep the site secure and working well.

How we share it, and how we don’t

We share your information only as needed to serve you and your loan: with Go Rascal Inc.; with investors who purchase or fund your loan; with the service providers needed to process and close it, such as lenders, appraisers, title and settlement companies, and credit bureaus; and as required by law. Federal law gives you the right to limit some kinds of sharing; your privacy notice explains those rights. We do not sell your information for marketing.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, your mobile number and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. We ask for your documents only after your consultation, once we’ve earned your trust, and you upload them through Arive, our secure loan operating system. We never ask you to send sensitive documents through this website’s contact form.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Texas residents

If you have a complaint about a residential mortgage loan originator, Texas law lets you contact the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending at 1-877-276-5550 or sml.texas.gov.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
